About Belle Plaine’s Downtown Festival
The Downtown Festival is celebrating 40 years of springtime tradition in downtown Belle Plaine and is dedicated to fostering the spirit and growth of the community. We are a volunteer-organized festival whose mission is to improve existing events and identify new ideas that will be innovative, creative and entertaining; as well as cultivate enduring collaboration, fellowship, and participation by being attentive to community’s interests, needs, and quality of life.
